A behavioral claim we believe and have not measured. Labeled unmeasured in every reporter line, excluded from the chaff score, and never fails a build by default.

Claim

A dated claim in resident prose is older than 180 days (relative to --today). It reads as current but probably is not.

Rationale

Instruction files accrete dated facts that keep loading long after they stop being true. Date-relative by construction: deterministic only with --today pinned (SPEC §9).

Fix

Re-verify the claim and refresh or delete the date; keep history in git, not in resident context.
